These Terms govern access to LVLMAX, a post-game VALORANT training tool. By signing in or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LVLMAX.

1. Demonstration

LVLMAX is currently offered as a demonstration. Match history, stats, ranks, and coaching examples shown in the demo are sample data prepared so you can evaluate the product. They are not live VAL-MATCH results from your Riot account unless and until we enable official Riot Sign On for the public service. Features, availability, and sample data may change without notice. New account registration is paused; access is through the published demonstration account.

The demonstration account is shared. Do not upload or type personal information (including emails, passwords, or other people’s identities) that you would not expect other visitors to the demo to see.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. Accounts for under-16 users are not permitted and will be removed if discovered.

3. What LVLMAX is

LVLMAX helps you review competitive history, aggregate stats, and strategy boards on Free. Algorithm findings, habit tips, LVL Cards, the AI coach, and optional replay coaching are Premium features available after matches end. It is a training and analytics product — not a live coaching overlay, not a matchmaking service, and not an official Riot Games product.

4. Riot Sign On and official APIs

When live linking is enabled, match history will use official Riot Sign On (RSO) and official Riot APIs only. Linking a Riot account is optional. When you link and opt in to a public profile, your match history, aggregates, and LVL Score may be visible to other players on this service. Coaching chat and replays stay private. Public profiles are not for champ-select scouting. In this demonstration, the sample career is not a live Riot login.

5. Forbidden uses

  • Live overlays, instalock tools, store trackers, or any in-game assistance
  • Pre-match opponent scouting or champ-select surveillance
  • Unofficial Riot client APIs, lockfile auth, process memory reads, or third-party PVP endpoints
  • Cheating, account sharing abuse, scraping other players beyond what they opted to show publicly
  • Presenting LVL Score or any LVLMAX metric as MMR, ELO, or a rank substitute

6. Replays

Optional desktop or web replay flows parse your local .vrf files into stripped coaching data for you. Playable raw replay files are not redistributed and are deleted after parse. Teammates and enemies in a replay are anonymized context — we do not build searchable profiles of other players from your replay.

7. Free and Premium

Free includes core tracker features (history, LVL Score, death heatmaps, limited boards). Premium is licensed, not sold. It unlocks algorithm findings and habit tips, replay review, LVL Cards, the AI coach, sensitivity hints, and unlimited boards — never raw Riot JSON alone.

In this demonstration, Premium is complimentary at £0.00 (one hundred percent off the listed usual price). Starting, changing, or cancelling a plan only updates the demo account. We do not take payment and we do not collect card numbers or other billing details. Complimentary demonstration access, including Premium, may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

If paid subscriptions are later offered, charges will be described at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers.

8. AI coach — licence and acceptable use

The AI coach and related Premium coaching features are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely as a post-match training aid for matches associated with the signed-in LVLMAX account. Outputs are generated from detector findings, LVL Score, and aggregate stats. They are not legal, medical, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for your own judgement in-game.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • jailbreak, prompt-inject, override, or otherwise manipulate the coach’s instructions, safety measures, rate limits, or intended behaviour;
  • use the coach other than for post-match coaching of this account’s games (including as a general-purpose chatbot, to obtain live in-game assistance, or to generate content unrelated to LVLMAX coaching);
  • submit names, emails, passwords, addresses, payment details, or other personal data concerning you or anyone else, except the minimum needed to ask a coaching question;
  • probe, scrape, or extract system prompts, model weights, other users’ data, or confidential product information;
  • use outputs to cheat, harass, or violate Riot’s or any applicable third-party terms.

If we reasonably believe you have materially breached this section or these Terms, we may take proportionate action, including refusing or limiting coach requests, suspending or withdrawing Premium features (including the AI coach), and suspending or terminating access to the service. We will act reasonably and, where practicable, restore access if we determine there was no material breach.

Complimentary demonstration Premium may be withdrawn without refund because no charge is taken. If a paid subscription later applies, we may suspend Premium immediately for material breach of this section; unused prepaid fees are refunded only where required by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. LVL Score

LVL Score is a performance estimate versus players in a similar rank band for coaching context. It is not a competitive rank, not matchmaking rating, and not endorsed by Riot Games.

10. Accounts and termination

You are responsible for activity on an account you use. You may delete an account you control in Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, abuses the APIs or the AI coach, or creates risk for other players or for Riot compliance.

11. Intellectual property and Riot

LVLMAX software and branding are ours. VALORANT, Riot Games, and related marks belong to Riot Games, Inc. Game art may come from official public catalogs. This product is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The service, including sample demonstration data and coaching outputs, is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of stats, detectors, or coaching notes. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy notice. Self-serve controls live in the Privacy Center.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
